and we respectfully ask our customers using the said services to take note of the temporary suspension.

Service Suspension Period

• June 3, 2016 16:00 PM – June 7, 2016 06:00 AM
  ( Certain channels i.e ATM, ARS will be suspended from June 3.2016 17:30)

Subject services

• All Outward Remittance Operations (including PAY-EASY, Hana-ONE Remittance)

Reason

• IT systems Integration of former Hana Bank and former Korea Exchange Bank
